For many reasons I am moving this site with the same name but to a hosted instead of a self hosted site. It will be instead of travelsightswithlilliy.com travelsightswithlilliy.blogspot.com
I have already been working on transferring my posts to that site for a while now. Its all done today. I will be doing the tweaking along the way to the old posts but all my new posts from this day will be on http://travelsightswithlilliy.blogspot.com
I hope to see you there. This site very soon will not be functioning on this domain name.
Please update your subscriptions.
I can still be reached through twitter @funlilliy where all my updates and new news will be posted there.

:o ) I have often thought of having a self-hosted site but it all has to do with purpose. I want people to see theworld through my eyes and it would be so silly for my site to go down once I’m no longer around to pay for hosting. So I’m on blogspot too and have subscribed to your new blog.

    Emm,
Thanks for subscribing to my new blog. I agree, if for what ever reason I wont pay for the self hosting site, it would shut down. I don’t want everything I done to go to waste and disappear.
The other thing I wanted this site when I started the self hosted to at least pay for its self hosting fees, it didn’t even make half the payment. I just don’t have the time to place the needed extended effort to try to make money out of it. I just want to write and post. The other thing is that I am not a very tech savvy blogger I get lost in the HTML code and when ever I want to add things in I get really confused. In blogger the important stuff is easier to implement. The simplest thing is the subscribe button I just went and signed up and added the URL to the designated box and clicked on another button, its added and functioning.
I also found out that I don’t really need a site to blog I just need a page to blog I am much more simpler than that.
Both self hosting and hosted blogs have their cons and pros, you just have to weight your needs and time.
